Participant Agreement and Acknowledgment of Terms

By selecting “I Agree,” you, the undersigned Participant, acknowledge, understand, and consent to the following terms and conditions governing your enrollment in the Mortgage-Financing Licensing Sponsorship Development Program (the “Program”) administered by Rebelo Mortgages International (“RMI”):

1.) Program Fee

The total cost of the Program is Three Hundred Ninety-Nine U.S. Dollars ($399.00), payable in full upon registration.

2.) Test Submission Incentive Credit

A One Hundred U.S. Dollar ($100.00) credit shall be issued to the original payment method provided by the Participant, contingent upon the Participant submitting documentation of pass/fail SAFE MLO test results directly to the training provider within thirty (30) calendar days of taking the exam.

3.) Reimbursement of Training Cost

RMI agrees to reimburse the remaining Two Hundred Ninety-Nine U.S. Dollars ($299.00) to the Participant upon full, and successful, completion of the Program, subject to the following conditions:

• Participant averages a minimum of three (3) closed, and funded, mortgage-financing transactions within the same calendar year;
• Participant maintains active sponsorship, and remains in good standing, with RMI throughout the reimbursement eligibility period;
• Reimbursement shall be made only once per Participant and shall not apply to any repeated, or retaken, Program enrollments.

4.) Travel and Lodging Costs

All required travel, and lodging, expenses associated with the on-site training component of the Program shall be covered by the training provider at no additional cost to the Participant.

5.) Attendance Requirement and Non-Refundability

Due to regulatory, and compliance standards, full attendance is mandatory. Failure to attend any portion of the Program may result in immediate removal from the Program. In-such-cases, the Program fee is deemed non-refundable.

6.) Participant Responsibility for Additional Fees

The Participant shall be solely responsible for any state licensing fees, credit report fees, background check fees, or other applicable charges. These costs shall not be reimbursed by RMI, the training provider, or any affiliated third party.

7.) Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Participant may cancel enrollment and receive a full refund if written notice of cancellation is received no later than three (3) calendar days prior to the First Day Orientation online class to the training provider.

8.) Consent to Program Enrollment and Communications

By clicking “I Agree,” the Participant authorizes RMI to:

• Enroll the Participant in the Program using the payment method provided;
• Share the Participant’s contact information with training providers;
• Communicate Program-related information via email, phone, text message, or other appropriate channels.

9.) Acknowledgment and Release of Liability

The Participant acknowledges that the Program is administered by an independent third-party training provider, and not directly by RMI. Accordingly, the Participant agrees to release, and hold harmless, Rebelo Mortgages International from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of, or related to, participation in the Program.
